PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA PADA MAHASISWA FEB ANGKATAN 2023 DAN 2024: ANALISIS MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)
THE USE OF E-LEARNING AT SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY FOR FEB STUDENTS CLASS OF 2023 AND 2024: AN ANALYSIS USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

The use of e-learning has become an important alternative in supporting lectures in the digital era, including within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Some students have not yet fully utilized e-learning in the learning process. This condition is reflected in their tendency to use the platform merely for assignment submission without maximizing other available features such as accessing course materials, participating in discussion forums, and engaging in online quizzes. This study aims to explain the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Attitude Toward Using on Behavioral Intention to Use e-learning among FEB Unesa students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The method applied is associative quantitative with analysis techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consists of 375 students from all study programs in FEB Unesa. The results show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant influence on Attitude Toward Using, which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use e-learning. Therefore, there is a need to improve the optimal use of e-learning and to develop a system that is easier to use and able to provide tangible benefits in supporting students' learning processes. Optimal use of e-learning refers to active, consistent, and comprehensive engagement with the platform, not limited to a single function. Students are expected to utilize the various learning features available to ensure that e-learning functions as a primary medium in the learning process rather than merely a complementary tool.
