Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Work-Life Balance Pada Puskesmas Jagir
The Effect of Work Stress on Employee Performance Through Work-Life Balance at the Jagir Health Center
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work-life balance pada Puskesmas Jagir. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 80 responden Puskesmas Jagir. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.1.0.1.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work-life balance, work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan work-life balance berhasil memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
This research aims to test and analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance through work-life balance at the Jagir Health Center. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type, where all members of the population were sampled with a total of 80 Jagir Health Center respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.1 software.
The results of this study explain that work stress has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stress has a significant positive effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work-life balance successfully mediates the relationship between work stress and employee performance.
