Penerapan Metode EUCS Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan SINAR pada Aplikasi Digital Korlantas POLRI
The Implementation of the EUCS Method to the User Satisfaction of SINAR Service in the Digital Korlantas Polri Application
Penelitian ini mengenai analisis kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Digital Korlantas POLRI pada layanan SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR) menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian menganalisa sistem berdasarkan konten isi (Content), Akurasi (Accuracy), Tampilan (Format), kemudahan pengguna serta ketepatan waktu (Timeliness). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna yang melakukan perpanjangan SIM melalui layanan SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR). Tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR) berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna akhir aplikasi dalam kategori puas. Pengguna merasa puas dalam menggunakan layanan SIM Nasional Presisi (SINAR), dengan nilai presentase 71.4%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna pada dimensi Content dengan tingkat presentase 87.4% yaitu sangat puas, dimensi Accuracy sebesar 83.3% yaitu sangat puas, dimensi Format memiliki sebesar 81.4% termasuk kategori sangat puas, pada dimensi Ease of Use, presentase mencapai 78.5% yang termasuk kategori puas serta dimensi Timeliness memiliki presentase 78.8% yang menunjukkan bahwa pengguna puas.
This research is about the analysis of user satisfaction of the Digital Korlantas POLRI application on the Precision National Driver's License (SINAR) service using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method.The research analyzes the system based on content, accuracy, display (format), user convenience and timeliness. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The object of this study is users who renew their driver's license through the Precision National Driver's License (SINAR) service.The level of user satisfaction of the Precision National Driver's License (SINAR) service based on the results of the study shows that the end user of the application is in the category of satisfied.Users are satisfied in using the Precision National Driver's License (SINAR) service, with a percentage value of 71.4%.This study shows user satisfaction in the Content dimension with a percentage rate of 87.4% which is very satisfied, the Accuracy dimension is 83.3% which is very satisfied, the Format dimension has 81.4% including the very satisfied category, in the Ease of Use dimension, the percentage reaches 78.5% which is included in the satisfied category and the Timeliness dimension has a percentage of 78.8% which shows that users are satisfied.
