DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING-BASED TEACHING MATERIALS TO IMPROVE SOCIAL SKILLS OF GRADE 5 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Bahan Ajar berbasis problem based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang valid, efektif, dan praktis. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan validasi produk, uji kepraktisan, dan uji keefektifan menggunakan N-gain. Hasil penelitian berupa Bahan Ajar berbasis problem based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dapat diakses melalui link berikut ini https://s2dikdas.fip.unesa.ac.id/page/vilab-ips. Hasil uji kevalidan yang dilakukan oleh validator ahli bahasa, ahli materi dan ahli desain mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 92,6% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 97% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil uji keefektifan berdasarkan hasil observasi memperoleh skor 91% dan hasil tes belajar siswa sebesar 89.6% dengan rata-rata N-gain 0.8 kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah bahan ajar berbasis problem based learning memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V sekolah dasar.

This research aims to produce problem-based learning materials to enhance the social skills of fifth-grade elementary school students that are valid, effective, and practice. This development study utilizes the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research are fifth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 24 Surabaya. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve product validation, practicality testing, and effectiveness testing using N-gain. The result of problem-based learning materials to enhance the social skills can be accessed at the following links https://s2dikdas.fip.unesa.ac.id/page/vilab-ips. The results of the validity test conducted by language experts, content experts, and design experts yielded an average score of 92.6%, categorized as very valid. The practicality test results from teachers and students showed an average score of 97%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test, based on observational results, scored 91%, and the students' learning test results averaged 89.6%, with an average N-gain of 0.8, categorized as high. The conclusion of this development research is that problem-based learning materials meet the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective for enhancing the social skills of fifth-grade elementary school students.
