Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran Inquiry berbantuan multimedia terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas Iv SD Negeri percobaan 2 Malang pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent (pretest and posttest) control group desaign. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVC sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterampilan berpikir kritis dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogen, dan uji independent samples t-tes.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran Inquiry berbantuan multimedia terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Percobaan 2 Malang. Nilai normalized gain keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 0, 177 dan kelas kontrol adalah 0, 125. Nilai normalized gain hasil belajar prestest siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 0,128 dan kelas kontrol adalah 0,120. Nilai normalized gain hasil belajar posttest siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 0,181 dan kelas kontrol adalah 0,119. Hasil uji independent samples t-test keterampilan berpikir kritis menunjukkan diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 7,944, Nilai t_tabel pada (df.48) dan taraf nyata 0,05 sebesar 1.677. hasil uji independent samples t-test hasil belajar pretest menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung sebesar 0,498. Nilai t_tabel pada (df.48) dan taraf nyata 0,05 sebesar 1.677 dan hasil uji independent samples t-test hasil belajar posttest menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung sebesar 4,962. Nilai t_tabel pada (df.48) dan taraf nyata 0,05 sebesar 1.677. sehingga dapat disimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran Inquiry berbantuan multiedia berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Percobaan 2 Malang.

This study aims to determine the effect oflearning methods Inquiry multimedia assistedon critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students in grade IV SD Negeri 2 Malang in the 2018/2019 academic year.

This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is quasi-experimental research withdesign nonequivalent(pretest and posttest) desaign control group. This study uses two classes namely the experimental class and the control class. The research sample was class IV B students as the experimental class and IVC class as the control class. The research instruments used were observation sheets of critical thinking skills and learning outcomes tests. The results showed that there was influence oflearning method Inquiry multimedia assistedon critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Percobaan 2 Malang. The value of normalized gain of critical thinking skills of the experimental class students is 0, 177 and the control class is 0, 125. The normalized gain value of the prestest learning outcomes of the experimental class students is 0.128 and the control class is 0.120. The normalized gain value of the posttest learning outcomes of the experimental class students is 0.181 and the control class is 0.119. The test results of independent samples t-test of critical thinking skills showed that the value of t_arithmetic was 7.944, the value of t_table at (df.48) and the significance level of 0.05 was 1,677. the results of the test of independent samples t-test of the pretest learning results indicate that the value of t_{count is} 0.498. The value of t_table at (df.48) and the real level of 0.05 is 1,677 and the results of the test independent samples t-test of the posttest learning results indicate that the value of t_{count is} 4.962. The value of t_table at (df.48) and the real level of 0.05 is 1,677. so that it can be concluded that thelearning method Inquiry multiedia-assistedhas an effect on critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Percobaan 2 Malang.
