Pengaruh Work-Life Balance Terhadap Job Performance Dengan Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai Puskesmas Kedungdung Bangkalan

The Influence of Work-Life Balance on Job Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for Kedungdung Bangkalan Community Health Center Employees

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap job performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Puskesmas Kedungdung Bangkalan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan 57 responden pegawai medis. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengaplikasikan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2.9.

Hasil dari riset ini membuktikan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance, work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance, dan job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap job performance. Implikasi berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas perlu memperhatikan pengaturan waktu untuk pegawai agar tercipta work-life balance yang baik. Selain itu, Puskesmas perlu membantu pegawai dalam upaya meningkatkan tingkat job satisfaction sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada kinerja yang dihasilkan.

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of work-life balance on job performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of the Kedungdung Bangkalan Community Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique with 57 medical employee respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research applies SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.

The results of this research prove that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on job performance. Implications based on research show that Community Health Centers need to pay attention to employee time management in order to create a good work-life balance. Apart from that, Community Health Centers need to help employees in efforts to increase the level of job satisfaction so that this will have an impact on the resulting performance.
