PT Sapta Karya Megah merupakan sebuah perusahaan dengan kapasitas produksi terbesar di Kabupaten Jombang yang bergerak di bidang peternakan dengan kegiatan usaha memproduksi dan menjual bibit ayam petelur / Day One Chick (DOC) Layer. PT. Sapta Karya Megah didirikan pada tanggal 14 maret 2012 yang berlokasi di Dusun Sidodadi, Desa Pucangro, Kecamatan. Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang. PT. Sapta Karya Megah merupakan perusahaan (breeding farm) pembibitan ayam broiler yang menghasilkan telur tetas (hatching egg). PT. Sapta Karya Megah memiliki beberapa farm, yaitu ada 8 bangunan kandang (hen house) yang masing-masing berisi rata-rata lebih kurang 8.000 ekor ayam broiler parent stock.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh quality of work life dan organizational commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui turnover intention sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Sapta Karya Megah. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 68 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention sebagai variabel intervening tidak mempengaruhi hubungan quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention sebagai variabel intervening mampu mempengaruhi hubungan organizational commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment.

Sapta Karya Megah has several farms, there are 8 cage buildings (hen houses), each of which contains an average of approximately 8,000 broiler chickens parent stock.
This study aims to determine and explain the effect of quality of work life and organizational commitment on employee performance through turnover intention as an intervening variable at PT. Majestic Sapta Karya. This research is a type of causal research that uses a quantitative approach with a population of 68 employees and sampling techniques using saturated samples. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0.
The results of this study indicate that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, quality of work life has no significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment and significant negative effect on turnover intention, turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, turnover intention as an intervening variable does not affect the relationship of quality of work life to employee performance, turnover intention as an intervening variable can influence organizational commitment to employee performance, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment .
