ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL CONDITION AND BASIC TECHNIQUES OF FUTSAL PLAYERS SMA PROGRESSIF BUMI SHALAWAT SIDOARJO 2025
Kondisi fisik merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus dimiliki setiap pemain untuk mencapai prestasi tim. Sebelum menentukan program latihan, pelatih perlu mengetahui kondisi fisik awal setiap pemainnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena belum tersedia informasi mengenai profil kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar serta untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kondisi fisik dan teknik dasar pemain futsal yang mengikuti kelas BBC Futsal di SMA Progresif Bumi Shalawat Sidoarjo. Komponen kondisi fisik yang diukur yaitu komponen kekuatan, daya tahan kardiovaskuler, kelincahan, kecepatan, power dan teknik dasar passing dan control. Penelitian survei ini menggunakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan total sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa. Berdasarkan instrumen tes yang digunakan, diperoleh hasil tes back & leg dynamometer termasuk kategori baik sekali sebesar 60%, tes standing board jump termasuk kategori kurang sebesar 40%, illinois agility test termasuk kategori kurang sebesar 35%, tes sprint 20meter termasuk kategori baik sekali sebesar 45%, test aerobik termasuk kategori baik sebesar 45%, tes anaerobik termasuk kategori baik sekali sebesar 100% dan tes passing & control termasuk kategori baik sebesar 50%.
Physical condition is one of the essential aspects that every player must possess in order to achieve team performance. Before determining a training program, coaches need to identify the initial physical condition of each player. This study was conducted due to the absence of available information regarding the profile of physical condition and basic techniques, as well as to examine and analyze the level of physical condition and basic skills of futsal players participating in the BBC Futsal class at SMA Progresif Bumi Shalawat Sidoarjo. The physical components measured included strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, power, and basic techniques such as passing and control. This survey research employed a quantitative descriptive design with a total sample of 20 students. Based on the test instruments used, the results showed that the back & leg dynamometer test was categorized as excellent by 60%, the standing board jump test was categorized as poor by 40%, the Illinois agility test was categorized as poor by 35%, the 20-meter sprint test was categorized as excellent by 45%, the aerobic test was categorized as good by 45%, the anaerobic test was categorized as excellent by 100%, and the passing & control test was categorized as good by 50%
