Keunikan tumpeng dalam upacara kasada menjadikan sumber inspirasi untuk membuat busana pesta malam. Ciri khas dari upacara kasada diterapkan pada busana pesta malam dengan teknik pleating. Tujuan penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menjabarkan proses pembuatan dan perwujudan hasil jadi pleating dengan mutiara pada busana pesta malam.

  Metode rekayasa melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain penentuan tema busana, sumber ide, perancangan desain, bahan dan warna, teknik pembuatan busana dan hiasan, hingga hasil jadi busana pesta malam. Pada busana pesta ini menggunakan warna hijau army. Siluet busana yang diambil dari betuk tumpeng yaitu siluet A line. Hasil jadi penerapan kombinasipleating dengan mutiara yaitu peletakan di setiap layer rok dan lingkar leher, dengan warna hijau army dan gold,  menggunakan mutiara imitasi berwarna gold dan hijau army yang dapat menambah kesan mewah pada busana pesta malam.

Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode obsever yaitu peneliti melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data, diperoleh presentase nilai tertinggi ditunjukkan pada aspek 1 ”kesesuaian busana dengan sumber ide” indikator 2 “busana pesta malam menggunakan bahan yang sesuai dengan sumber ide” yaitu presentase 88% masuk dalam kategori ketentuan presentase (sangat sesuai). Hal ini ditinjau dari hasil jadi busana pesta malam dengan menerapkan bahan yang sangat sesuai dengan sumber ide.

THE APLICATION OF PLEATING COMBINATION WITH TEARL IN THE EVENING WEAR OF CEREMONY KASADA

The method of data collection is done through Obsever method that researchers do observations directly to the research object. Based on the results of data collection, obtained percentage of highest values shown in aspect 1 "fashion suitability with the source of ideas" indicator 2 "evening party clothing using materials that correspond to the source of the idea" ie percentage 88% in the category Provisions of the percentage (very appropriate). It is reviewed from the results of a night party outfit by applying a material that is perfectly suited to the source of the idea.
