ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF PALIBER MEDIA (Spinning Circle Board) TOWARDS THE INTEREST OF LEARNING STUDENTS IN ENERGY THEMES AND THE CHANGE OF CLASS III BASIC SCHOOLS
Penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar dapat memberikan peningkatan dalam minat belajar peserta didik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan hasil analisis penggunaan media PALIBER terhadap minat belajar peserta didik.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metodependekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah beberapa siswa sekolah dasar yang berusia 10tahun atau siswa kelas III sekolah dasar yang berlokasi di Desa Kraton, Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian mendiskripsikan bahwapenggunaan media PALIBER memudahkan penyampaian materi pada peserta didik, selain itu juga penggunaan media PALIBER mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran tematik di sekolah. Hal ini dihasilkan berdasarkan persentase terhadap tingkat penggunaan media PALIBER yaitu 10% dengan kriteris sangat tinggi, 45% kriteria tinggi,35% kriteria sedang , dan 10% kriteria rendah. Dan persentase tingkat minat belajar peserta didik yaitu 45% kriteria sangat tinggi, 10% kriteria tinggi, 35% kriteria sedang, dan 10% kriteria rendah.

The use of instructional media in teaching and learning activities in primary schools can provide an increase in students 'interest in learning. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the use of PALIBER media to students' learning interest. In this study using qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were a number of 10-year-old elementary school students or third-grade elementary school students located in Kraton Village, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. The results of the study describe that the use of PALIBER media facilitates the delivery of material to students, besides that the use of PALIBER media can increase students' interest in learning about thematic learning in school. This is generated based on the percentage of the level of use of PALIBER media, namely 10% with very high criteria, 45% high criteria, 35% medium criteria, and 10% low criteria. And the percentage of students' interest in learning is 45% very high criteria, 10% high criteria, 35% moderate criteria, and 10% low criteria.Keywords: media, interest in learning, thematic.
