Keberhasilan pencapaian hasil belajar Komputer Akuntansi MYOB diperoleh melalui proses belajar yang efektif dan efisien. Siswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar Komputer Akuntansi MYOB  dari hasil interaksi faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh computer knowledge, computer attitude, motivasi belajar dan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif.  Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 82 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa computer knowledge, computer attitude, motivasi belajar dan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa computer knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya dengan nilai t hitung 3,040 dan signifikansi 0,003. Computer attitude juga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya dengan nilai t hitung 6,725 dan signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya karena hasil dari nilai t hitung adalah 0,324 dan signifikansi 0,747. Dan fasilitas laboratorium akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi MYOB siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya dengan nilai t hitung 4,290 dan signifikansi 0,000.

The success of achieving MYOB Accounting Computer learning outcomes is obtained through an effective and efficient learning process. Students can achieve MYOB Accounting Computer learning outcomes from the interaction of the factors that influence it, namely internal and external factors. The purpose of this research to determine the influence of computer knowledge, computer attitude, learning motivation and accounting laboratory facilities to the MYOB accounting computer learning outcomes class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research was 82 students of class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya based on purposive sampling. Technique of collecting data from this research are documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that computer knowledge, computer attitude, learning motivation and accounting laboratory facilities simultantly significant influence on the learning outcomes of MYOB accounting computer class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. While the partial test results that computer knowledge has a significantly influence on the learning outcomes of MYOB accounting computer class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya with t value 3,040 and 0,003 significance. Computer attitude also partially significant influence on the learning outcomes of MYOB accounting computer class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya with t value 6,725 and 0,000 significance. While the partial testing of learning motivation doesn’t have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of MYOB accounting computer class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya because the results of the t value 0,324 and 0,747 significance. And accounting laboratory facilities partially significant influence on the learning outcomes of MYOB Accounting computer class XI Accounting student of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya with t value 4,290 and 0,000 significance.
