Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berorientasi nature of science (NoS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA yang layak berdasarkan aspek levalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yang diujicobakan pada peserta didik UPT SMP Negeri 16 Gresik dengan 3 kelas replikasi, dan menggunakan desain penelitian yaitu One Groups Pretest and Posttest Desaign. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid dari ditinjau dari kriteria konstruk, isi, dan Bahasa; (2) perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan (a) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan kategori sangat baik, (b) peserta didik mengikuti pembelajaran dengan kategori aktif; (3) perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan (a) kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik tuntas secara individu maupun klasikal dan mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sedang, (c) peserta didik memberikan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan persentase 86,28 dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berorientasi nature of science (NoS) dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains berdasarkan aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.

This research aimed to learning materials based on differentiation learning oriented with nature of science (NoS) to improve students' scientific literacy skills in science subjects which is feasible based on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The design of this research was refered to the 4D research and development design, that was given to students of UPT SMP Negeri 16 Gresik with 3 replication classes, and used a research design namely One Groups Pretest and Posttest Design. The results of this research are (1) the learning materials that developed was declared to be very valid in terms of construct, content, and language criteria; (2) the learning materials that developed was declared to be practice based on (a) the learning implementation process quality are classified as almost all of them carried out very good, (b) all students actively participate in learning; (3) the learning materials that developed was declared to be effective, based on (a) the students' scientific literacy skills is complete based on individually and classically and has increased in the medium category, (c) most of the students gave a positive responses to learning with a percentage of 86,28% with a very good category . So it can be concluded that learning materials based on differentiation learning oriented with nature of science (NoS) was declared feasible to increase student’s scientific literacy skills based on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
