PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TUTOR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR WARGA BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KESETARAAN PAKET B

THE EFFECT OF TUTOR COMMUNICATION ON STUNDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION PACKAGE B EQUIVALENCY EDUCATION

Pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk solusi bidang pendidikan dalam menanggulangi dampak pandemi covid – 19. Pembelajaran daring tidak melibatkan interaksi secara langsung sehingga mengurangi efektifitas komunikasi seorang pendidik dengan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Beberapa Warga Belajar Paket B di UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo mengalami kesulitan selama pembelajaran daring berlangsung, kesulitan yang dialami seperti kurangnya konsentrasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring,  hal ini mengakibatkan prestasi menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh komunikasi tutor terhadap motivasi belajar warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitaif, sampel berjumlah 24 warga belajar UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ŷ = 14.103 + 1.079 X. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai F_hitung > F_tabel yaitu 9,6 > 4,0. Artinya komunikasi tutor yang efektif  berpengaruh  terhadap motivasi belajar warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan paket B. Hasil penemuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar warga belajar Paket B dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi tutor yang efektif, sehingga semakin efektif komunikasi tutor dengan peserta didik, maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar warga belajar Paket B UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo.

Online learning is implemented as a form of solution in the field of education in overcoming the impact of the covid – 19 pandemic. Online learning does not involve direct interaction, thereby reducing the effectiveness of communication between an educator and student in learning. Some of the Package B Learning Residents at Regional technical implementation, unit non formal education unit, Sidoarjo learning center experienced difficulties during online learning, difficulties experienced such as lack of concentration in online learning, this resulted in decreased achievement. This study aims to describe the effect of the tutor communication on student's motivation to study Equivalent Education Package B Regional technical implementation, unit non formal education unit, Sidoarjo learning center. The method used is descriptive quantitative, a sample of 24 student’s Sidoarjo learning center, data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with t test. The results showed Ŷ = 14,103 + 1,079 X .. The results of hypothesis testing with the t test obtained the value of F_count> F_table, namely 9.6> 4.0. This means that the effectiveness of tutor communication affects the on student's motivation to study Package B Equality Education. The findings in this study indicate that the increase in student’s motivasion is influenced by effective tutor communication, so that the more effective the tutor's communication with students, the higher the student’s motivation to study Sidoarjo learning center.
