Pembelajaran saat ini tidak lepas dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Salah satu yang sering dimanfaatkan adalah learning management system (LMS). Ada dua permasalahan pokok yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran baik luring maupun daring. Kedua masalah tersebut adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pembuatan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi kedua masalah di atas, solusi yang ditawarkan berupa pengembangaan model pembelajaran seamless learning berbasis sistem among. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model seamless learning berbasis sistem among untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa.
Pengembangan model seamless learning berbasis sistem among menggunakan landasan model Dick et al. Model terdiri atas 10 langkah. Subjek coba melibatkan sebanyak 85 mahasiswa program studi Teknologi Pendidikan, di Unesa. Instrumen untuk mengukur kelayakan produk menggunakan rubrik. Uji efektifitas dilakukan melalui implementasi model dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan uji t.

Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini meliputi 1) model seamless learning berbasis among yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran; 2) model pembelajaran seamless learning berbasis sistem among efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa, dimana kelompok yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model ini memperoleh rata-rata nilai keterampilan berpikir kritis lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok dibelajarkan tanpa model seamless learning berbasis sistem among; dan temuan 3) kelompok yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model seamless learning berbasis among memiliki rerata nilai pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang dibelajarkan tanpa model seamless learning berbasis sistem among, sehingga model ini efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa.

Learning today cannot be separated from the utilisation of technology. One that is often utilised is the learning management system (LMS). There are two main problems faced by students in both offline and online learning. The two problems are the low critical thinking and decision-making skills. To overcome the two problems above, the solution offered is the development of a seamless learning model based on the among system. This research aims to develop a seamless learning model based on the among system to improve students' critical thinking skills and decision-making skills.
The development of a seamless learning model based on the among system uses the foundation of the Dick et al. model. The model consists of 10 steps. The test subjects involved 85 students of the Educational Technology study programme at Unesa. The instrument to measure product feasibility used a rubric. The effectiveness test was conducted through the implementation of the model and the results were analysed by t-test.
The results of this research and development include 1) the among-based seamless learning model that has been developed is feasible for use in learning activities; 2) the among-based seamless learning model can effectively improve students' critical thinking skills, where the group taught using this model has a higher average score of critical thinking skills compared to the group taught without the among-based seamless learning model; and 3) the group taught using the among-based seamless learning model has a higher average score of decision making compared to the group taught without the among-based seamless learning model, so this model can effectively improve students' decision-making skills.
