which has been set. Effectiveness is always related to results
expected and the results actually achieved. Assessment of

program effectiveness. The effectiveness of the program can be determined by
compare program objectives with program output. Meanwhile,
opinion of program targets can be used as a measure for
determine program effectiveness.
This research aims to describe effectiveness
Clean Water Management by the Drinking Water User Population Association
(HIPPAM) In Dependent Village, Ngraho District, Bojonegoro Regency.
The research method used is a descriptive approach
qualitative. The sources for this research include Devices
Village, Hamlet Head, Pamsimas Management and Dependent Village residents
Ngraho District, Bojonegoro Regency as the target of the program
Pamsimas. The data collection techniques used were interviews,
observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collection
data, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The research results show that the effectiveness of implementation
community-based drinking water and sanitation provision program
(Pamsimas) in Dependent Village, in terms of targeting accuracy, is not yet effective
because there are still many people who are not targeted
benefit from the Pamsimas program. This is caused by
ineffective socialization so that program objectives have not been achieved,
which can be seen from the fact that not all program targets have benefited
from the Pamsimas program. For this reason, regular supervision is needed so that
When problems occur, whether technical or other factors, they can be resolved immediately.
The suggestions that can be conveyed in this research are:
the need to determine program targets and objectives so that the program
Pamsimas is maximally useful. Program outreach is necessary
improved in order to avoid errors and errors in the process
running programs, especially the Pamsimas program. Monitoring after
