Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan lembar kegiatan siswa berorirentasi inkuiri Cycle untuk melatihkan keterampilan berfikir kritis pada materi pokok asam basa. Instrumen pada penelitian inni yang digunakan adalah lembar telaah, lembar validasi, lembar respon siswa, dan lembar pretest dan posttest keterampilan berpikir kritis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode telaah, metode validasi, metode angket, dan metode tes. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menyatakan bahwa lembar kegiatan siswa yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dengan presentase kriteria isi sebesar 81,07% dan kriteria penyajian sebesar 81,1% dan dikategorikan sangat layak. Hasil respon siswa terhadap lembar kegiatan siswa yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respon sebesar 90,97% dan dikategorikan sangat layak. Keterampilan berpikir kritis interpretasi, inferensi, analisis, dan penjelasan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan klasikal siswa saat pretest dan posttests didapatkan ketuntasan klasikal siswa berturut-turut meningkat dari 0% menjadi 86,67%.

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets and to find out the feasibility of student activity sheets oriented in inquiry Cycle to train critical thinking skills in acid-base subject matter. The instruments in this study used were study sheets, validation sheets, student response sheets, and sheets of pretest and posttest critical thinking skills. Data collection methods used were the method of study, validation method, questionnaire method, and test method. The data obtained was processed in descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The validation results state that the developed student activity sheet is declared feasible with a percentage of content criteria of 81.07% and presentation criteria of 81.1% and categorized as very feasible. The results of students' responses to the student activity sheet developed received a response of 90.97% and were categorized as very feasible. Critical thinking skills interpretation, inference, analysis experiencing a significant increase can be seen from the classical completeness of students when the pretest and posttests obtained classical completeness of students respectively increased from 0% to 86.67%.
