Pengaruh Self-Efficacy pada Metode CBT (Computer Based Test) terhadap Hasil Belajar yang Dimediasi oleh Motivasi Belajar

The Influence of Self-Efficacy in CBT (Computer Based Test) Method on Learning Outcomes Mediated by Learning Motivation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari Self-Efficacy pada metode CBT (Computer Based Test) terhadap hasil belajar yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran berjumlah 160 peserta didik dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 113 peserta didik kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 yang terdiri dari uji model pengukuran (outer model), uji model struktural (inner model), dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Self-Efficacy pada metode CBT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.047, (2) Self-Efficacy pada metode CBT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000, (3) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.037, (4) Motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh Self-Efficacy pada metode CBT terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.049.

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of Self-Efficacy in Computer Based Test (CBT) method on learning outcomes mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study consisted of 160 students in the 11th grade of Office Management, and the sample used comprised 113 students in the 11th grade of Office Management at SMKN 1 Surabaya, selected using Simple Random Sampling method. Data collection method employed in this research was questionnaire distribution. This study utilized Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis technique using SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 software, consisting of measurement model test (outer model), structural model test (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that: (1) Self-Efficacy in CBT method has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p-value of 0.047, (2) Self-Efficacy in CBT method has a significant effect on learning motivation with a p-value of 0.000, (3) Learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a p-value of 0.037, (4) Learning motivation mediates the influence of Self-Efficacy in CBT method on learning outcomes with a p-value of 0.049.
