dance studio (JBB) uses a learning model for the ongoing dance learning
activities. The purpose of this study id to describe the learning program in
the Juanda Budi Bahari (JBB) Sedati Sidoarjo studio. The next goal is to
describe the learning process through the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL)
model implemented by the Juanda Budi Bahari (JBB) Sidoarjo studio.
This research uses
a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the students of the

collection techniques are by observation, interview, and documentation. The
validity of the data uses several methods namely Source Triangulation,
Engineering Triangulation, and Method Triangulation. Analysis of the data used
is to reduce data.
The results of the
study show that the Juanda Budi Bahari (JBB) Sidoarjo dance studio has a
learning program that includes time allocation, where time allocation is the
studio's training schedule for completing learning material. In addition there
is a semester program that emphasizes more on the amount of learning material
provided by the JBB dance studio. Juanda Budi Bahari (JBB) Sidoarjo dance
studio uses the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model in its
learning activities. How to convey the trainer when learning takes place by
demonstrating the trainer as a model that provides examples to students. Juanda
Budi Bahari dance studio (JBB) has achievements on learning. The achievement in
question is a competition that was followed by students of the Juanda Budi
Bahari (JBB) Sidoarjo dance studio.
The conclusions of
this study include: JBB dance studio programs the activities of the studio well
in terms of time, class programs, and administration. In carrying out learning
activities, the trainer is assisted by several trained assistant assistants so
that the learning activities run smoothly. The steps in using the CTL model
implemented by the Juanda Budi Bahari dance studio (JBB) are constructivism,
finding questions, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and assessment.
The studio applies the CTL model because using it will facilitate the trainer
to deliver learning material. Besides that students can receive learning
material easily. Learning activities
become effective when the trainer uses the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL)
model. The results of the studio learning are also good, because it has won the
competition that has been followed in the city of Sidoarjo. The results of
learning other than the race, is the attitude of students. Students are more
disciplined both in studio activities and outside the study
