PTN-X merupakan perguruan tinggi negeri dengan status badan layanan umum dibawah naungan kementrian riset, teknologi, dan pendidikan tinggi. Dalam menjalankan fungsi bisnisnya PTN-X mempunyai 2 fungsi yaitu menjalankan aktifitas di bidang akademik dan non-akademik. Pada bidang akademik di PTN-X dijalankan oleh BAKPK sebagai biro berwenang menjalankan fungsi bidang akademik karena sejatinya bidang akademik merupakan bisnis utama sebuah perguruan tinggi didukung dengan adanya pengembangan sistem informasi yang cukup kompleks, namun kesesuaian sistem informasi yag ada saat ini belum mampu sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis yang ada, oleh karena itu diperlukan perancangan arsitektur sistem informasi untuk mengetahui keselarasan sistem informasi dengan proses bisnis yang ada. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOGAF sebagai kerangka penelitian, namun hanya menggunakan 4 fase yaitu preliminary, visi arsitektur, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi. Pada teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen, observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilihan narasumber berdasarkan stakeholder yang ada pada struktur organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan arsitektur sistem informasi menghasilkan dokumen arsitektur
sistem informasi meliputi 17 model bisnis yang telah di sesuaikan dengan kondisi saat ini dam 3 model bisnis yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi akan datang. Serta terdapat penambahan fitur atau upgrade pada SIAKADU dan SIPENMARU. Dokumen arsitektur sistem informasi yang dihasilkan telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi bidang akademik pada PTN-X.

PTN-X is a state university with the status of a public service body under the auspices of the ministry of research, technology, and higher education. In carrying out its business functions PTN-X has two functions, namely carrying out activities in the academic and non-academic fields. In the academic field, PTN-X is run by BAKPK as a bureau authorized to carry out the functions of the academic field because in fact the academic field is the main business of a university supported by the development of a fairly complex information system, but the suitability of existing information systems has not been able to fully meet the needs existing business, therefore it is necessary to design information system architecture to determine the alignment of information systems with existing business processes. In this study using the TOGAF method as a research framework, but only uses 4 phases, namely preliminary, architectural vision, business architecture, information system architecture. In the technique of collecting data using document studies, observations and interviews with the selection of sources based on stakeholders in the organizational structure. The results of the study show that the information system architecture design produces information system architecture documents covering 17 business models that have been adjusted to current conditions and 3 business models that are adapted to future conditions. And there are additional features or upgrades to SIAKADU and SIPENMARU. The document information system architecture produced has been adjusted to the needs of the company, so that it can be used as a guide in the development of academic information systems at PTN-X.
