Hubungan antara Modal Psikologis dengan Readiness to Change pada Guru Sekolah Dasar Swasta X di Sidoarjo
The Relationship between Psychological Capital and Readiness to Change in Private Elementary School Teacher X in Sidoarjo
Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan yang terjadi antara modal psikologis dengan readiness to change pada guru sekolah dasar swasta X. Penggunaan metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa skala modal psikologis dan skala readiness to change. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu sebanyak 58 guru tetap. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi pearson product moment menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 for windows dan diperoleh hasil besaran nilai signifikansi, yaitu 0.000 (p<0,05) dengan artian adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara modal psikologis dengan readiness to change. Selain itu, didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi senilai 0.837 sehingga masuk pada kategori sangat kuat. Hasil yang telah diperoleh mengandung arti bahwa modal psikologis berhubungan secara positif dan searah dengan readiness to change dengan hubungan yang sangat kuat. Dengan demikian, semakin meningkat modal psikologis maka akan semakin meningkat juga readiness to change pada guru sekolah dasar swasta X.
This research aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and readiness to change in private elementary school teacher X. This research uses quantitative methods with instrument in the form of psychological capital scale and readiness to change scale. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely 58 permanent teachers. Data were analyzed using the pearson product moment correlation test with SPSS 25.0 for windows application and obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and readiness to change. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.837 so that it is included in the very strong category. The result that have been obtained mean that psychological capital is positively and unidirectionally related to readiness to change with a very strong relationship so the higher the psychological capital, the higher the readiness to change in private elementary school teacher X.
