Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: (1) minat belajar terhadap kompetensi kerjasiswa; (2) minat belajar terhadap self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacyterhadap kompetensi kerja; (4) minat belajar terhadap kompetensi kerja yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy; (5) kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kompetensi kerjasiswa; (6) kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadapself-efficacy; (7) pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritisterhadap kompetensi kerja siswa yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacypada siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Kuliner SMK di Kota Kediri.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK di Kota Kediri, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Kuliner SMKN 3Kediri, SMKN 1Ngasem, dan SMKN 1 Kras di Kota Kediri. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket untuk variabel Minat belajar (X1), kemampuan berpikir kritis (X2) dan variabel Self-Efficacy (M), nilai hasil uji kompetensi untuk variabel hasil Kompetensi kerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS.
Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap kompetensi kerjasiswa; (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap self-efficacy; (3) terdapat pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kompetensi kerja; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap kompetensi kerja yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy; (5)terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kompetensi kerjasiswa; (6) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadapself-efficacy; (7) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritisterhadap kompetensi kerja siswa yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Kuliner SMK di Kota Kediri.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disarankan: (1) ada penelitian lebih lanjut tentang minat belajar siswa khususnya pada indikator ketertarikan siswa menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kerja siswa; (2) guru sebagai salah satu agen pembelajar harus mampu dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam hal ini menumbuhkan rasa ketertarikan. Ketertarikan siswa dapat ditumbuhkan dari berbagai aspek segi pembelajaran dapat berupa media pembelajaran, suasana pembelajaran dan gaya belajar, (3) modifikasi model dengan penambahan indikator.

This research aims to analyze the influence of: (1) interest in learning on students' work competence; (2) interest in learning towards self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacy towards work competency; (4) interest in learning towards work competencies mediated by self-efficacy; (5) critical thinking skills regarding students' work competencies; (6) critical thinking skills regarding self-efficacy; (7) the influence of critical thinking skills on students' work competence which is mediated by self-efficacy in class XI students of the Vocational School Culinary Skills Program in Kediri City..
The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population in this study were all students in class XI of SMK in Kediri City, while the sample was students in class The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire for the variable Interest in Learning (X1), critical thinking ability (X2) and the variable Self-Efficacy (M), the value of the competency test results for the work competency variable. Data analysis in this research uses SEM-PLS analysis.
The findings in this research are: (1) there is an influence of interest in learning on students' work competence; (2) there is no influence of interest in learning on self-efficacy; (3) there is an influence of self-efficacy on work competence; (4) there is no influence of interest in learning on work competence which is mediated by self-efficacy; (5) there is an influence of critical thinking skills on students' work competence; (6) there is an influence of critical thinking skills on self-efficacy; (7) there is an influence of critical thinking skills on students' work competence which is mediated by self-efficacy in class XI students of the Vocational School Culinary Skills Program in Kediri City.
Based on these findings, it can be suggested: (1) there should be further research on students' interest in learning, especially on indicators of student interest as an indicator of success in improving students' work competence; (2) the teacher as a learning agent must be able to increase students' interest in learning, in this case fostering a sense of interest. Student interest can be fostered from various aspects of learning, including learning media, learning atmosphere and learning styles, (3) modifying the model by adding indicators.
