This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program for the Bakulan Village community affected by Covid-19 in Bakulan Village, Temayang District.
This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach, which aims to reveal facts, circumstances, phenomena and circumstances that occurred while the research was running, and describe the profile of Bakulan Village and the distribution of BLTDD in Bakulan Village.
The research results show that the mechanism for distributing Village Fund BLT in Bakulan Village, Temayang District, Bojonegoro Regency is carried out in cash every month for 9 months in the village office hall by complying with health protocols, in 3 stages/waves starting from April 2020 to December 2020 by carrying out accurate choices, target accuracy, timeliness and program monitoring so that the distribution mechanism can be said to be effective. Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) via Village Funds during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bakulan Village, seen from the aspects of limited budget availability, budget delays, as well as standard reference criteria for potential recipients, limits the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) from Village Funds.
