Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi termokimia. LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing merupakan salah satu bahan ajar siswa yang disusun berdasarkan tahapan inkuiri terbimbing dan keterampilan proses sains. Keterampilan proses sains yang dilatihkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengamati, merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, merancang investigasi ilmiah, melakukan investigasi, menganalisis data, merumuskan kesimpulan. Kelayakan LKS yang dibahas meliputi (1) Validitas yang ditentukan berdasarkan penilaian oleh validator; (2) Kepraktisan yang ditentukan berdasarkan angket respon siswa; dan (3) Keefektifan ditentukan berdasarkan nilai tes keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap ujicoba produk. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar telaah, lembar validasi, tes keterampilan proses sains berupa pretest dan posttest, serta lembar angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kelayakan LKS yang ditinjau dari aspek validitas meliputi kriteria isi, kriteria penyajian, kriteria kebahasaan, dan kriteria kegrafikan dengan memperoleh persentase masing-masing 88,15%, 85,83%, 86,67%, dan 86,67% dalam kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan meliputi kriteria isi, kriteria penyajian, kriteria kebahasaan, serta kriteria kegrafikan memperoleh persentase masing-masing sebesar 100%; 97,78%; 100%; 99,05% yang merupakan kategori sangat layak. keefektifan dilihat dari ketuntasan individual memperoleh nilai ≥ 75 dan dinyatakan efektif karena memperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%.

This study aims to produce the feasibility of the inquiry-based student activity sheet to trace the skill of the science process on thermochemical material of guided inquiry-based LKS is one of the teaching materials of students which is based on guided inquiry stage and science process skill. Skills of the science process trained in this research are observing, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, designing scientific investigations, conducting investigations, analyzing data, formulating conclusions. The feasibility of the LKS discussed includes (1) Validity determined based on the assessment by the validator; (2) Practicality determined by questionnaire of student response; and (3) Effectiveness is determined based on the value of students' science skill test scores. This research only arrived at the trial phase of the product. The research instrument used is the review sheet, validation sheet, science process skill test in the form of pretest and posttest, and student response questionnaire. The results of this study indicate the feasibility of LKS in terms of validity aspects include content criteria, presentation criteria, linguistic criteria, and kegrafikan criteria by obtaining the percentages of 88.15%, 85.83%, 86.67%, and 86.67% in a very decent category. Practicalities include content criteria, presentation criteria, linguistic criteria, and criteria of graduation earned a percentage of 100% each; 97.78%; 100%; 99.05% which is a very viable category. effectiveness seen from the completeness of individual get value ≥ 75 and declared effective because get percentage of classical completeness equal to 100%.
