KELAYAKAN BAHAN MOTIVASI PESERTA DIDIK (BMPD) UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA DI SMA KELAS XI SEMESTER I
THE FEASIBILITY OF STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION (BMPD) MATERIAL FOR LEARNING CHEMISTRY FIRST SEMESTER OF XI IN GRADE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Bahan Motivasi Peserta Didik (BMPD) yang layak digunakan pada pembelajaran kimia di SMA kelas XI semester 1. BMPD yang dikembangkan mengikuti tahapan analyze, design, develop, implemen, evaluate (ADDIE). Tahap evaluasi meliputi sub tahap evaluasi formatif. Dalam penelitian ini pengembangan BMPD sampai tahap evaluasi formatif. Kriteria kelayakan meliputi validitas (isi dan konstruk), kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Kriteria validitas didasarkan data hasil expert judgement dari tiga orang validator. Kriteria kepraktisan dan keefektifan didasarkan penilaian yang diberikan oleh tiga orang guru kimia sesaat setelah uji coba BMPD. Keseluruhan data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tiga belas BMPD yang dikembangkan memenuhi syarat kelayakan. Setiap indikator BMPD sebagai pemotivasi memperoleh penilaian dari validator dengan modus (Mo) minimal 3 pada rentang skor 1-5 dengan nilai percentage of agreement antar validator di atas 75%. Tiga belas BMPD dinyatakan memenuhi syarat validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan karena pada setiap indikatornya memperoleh penilaian dari guru pengguna dengan modus (Mo) minimal 3 pada rentang skor 1-4 dengan nilai percentage of agreement (R) antar guru pengguna di atas 75%.

This study aims to produce student motivation materials that are suitable for use in learning chemistry in first semester of XI grade Senior High School. The developed BMPD follows the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluate (ADDIE) stages. The evaluation stage includes the formative evaluation sub-stage. In this research, the development of the BMPD until the formative evaluation stage. The eligibility criteria include validity (content and construc), practically, and effectiveness. The validity criterion is based on the data from the expert judgments from three validators. Practicality and effectiveness criteria are based on the assessment given by three chemistry teachers shortly after the BMPD trial. All data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study concluded that the thirteen BMPDs developed met the eligibility requirements. Each BMPD indicator as a motivator receives an assessment from the validator with a mode (Mo) of at least 3 in the score range of score 1-5 with a percentage of agreement between the validator above 75%. Thirteen BMPDs are declared to meet the requirements for validity, practically, and effectiveness because each indicator receives an assessment from the user teacher with a mode (Mo) pf at least in the score range 1-4 with a percentage of agreement (R) between user teachers above 75%.
