SURVEI KEPUASAN PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN JASMANI OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN DI SEKOLAH MENEGAH PERTAMA NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN KANIGARAN KOTA PROBOLINGGO
Student satisfaction survey regarding physical education, sports and health facilities and infrastructure in State Junior High Schools in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City
Pendidikan jasmani berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter, kesehatan fisik, dan keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Namun, efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan serta kualitas sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan peserta didikterhadap fasilitas PJOK di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Kanigaran, Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 287 peserta didikkelas IX dari lima sekolah yang dipilih melalui proportional sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket berbasis skala Likert yang mengukur lima dimensi: keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta didiksecara umum berada pada kategori cukup, dengan dominasi penilaian pada dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan berwujud, sedangkan empati memperoleh skor terendah. Analisis deskriptif per sekolah menunjukkan variasi capaian, di mana empat sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi dan SMP Negeri 10 Kota Probolinggo mencapai kategori sangat tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun sarana PJOK sudah dapat digunakan, kualitas layanan belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perawatan rutin, peningkatan fasilitas, dan perhatian lebih terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik agar kepuasan meningkat secara merata.

Physical education plays an important role in shaping students’ character, physical health, and social skills. However, the effectiveness of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning is highly influenced by the availability and quality of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to describe students’ satisfaction levels with PJOK facilities at public junior high schools in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City. A descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 287 ninth-grade students from five schools selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The results show that overall student satisfaction is in the “fair” category, dominated by ratings on reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and tangibles, while empathy received the lowest score. Descriptive analysis by school indicates variation, with four schools categorized as “high” and SMP Negeri 10 Probolinggo reaching the “very high” category. These findings suggest that although PJOK facilities are functional, the quality of service is not yet optimal. Therefore, regular maintenance, facility improvement, and greater attention to students’ needs are required to achieve more equitable satisfaction.
