PENGEMBANGAN FLIPBOOK KIMIA PADA MATERI KOLOID UNTUK MELATIHKAN SOFT SKILLS PESERTA DIDIK
DEVELOPMENT OF CHEMISTRY FLIPBOOK ON COLLOID MATERIALS TO TRAIN STUDENTS’ SOFT SKILLS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan flipbook kimia yang layak pada materi koloid untuk melatihkan soft skills peserta didik. Soft skills yang dilatihkan meliputi keterampilan berpikir kreatif, keterampilan kolaborasi dan keterampilan komunikasi. Indikator berpikir kreatif yang digunakan yaitu fluency, flexibility, originality dan elaboration. Indikator keterampilan kolaborasi yang digunakan yaitu contribution, problem solving dan working with others. Indikator komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi kemampuan mengemukakan pendapat dengan Bahasa dan kemampuan mengemukakan pendapat secara analitis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian & pengembangan dengan model 4D. Prosedur penelitian terdiri atas tahap define, design, dan dibatasi hingga develop. Kelayakan dari flipbook kimia ditinjau dari 3 aspek yaitu validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Validitas flipbook kimia ditinjau dari aspek isi dan konstruk memperoleh skor median sebesar 3 dengan kategori valid. Kepraktisan flipbook kimia ditinjau dari angket respon peserta didik yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 90,60% dan didukung dengan hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik yang memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 95,05% dengan keduanya memperoleh kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan flipbook kimia ditinjau dari hasil N-Gain kognitif yang memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,78 dengan kategori tinggi dan hasil N-Gain berpikir kreatif yang memperoleh rata-rata 0,79 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil tersebut didukung dengan hasil uji statistic Wilcoxon yang memperoleh nilai Sig. <0.05 yang menyatakan bahwa H1 diterima dengan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest dan ketuntasan klasikal dengan persentase 100%. Hasil penilaian soft skills untuk mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi memperoleh persentase rata-rata secara berturut-turut sebesar 82,90% dan 80,92% dengan kategori sangat efektif dan efektif. Hasil keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik juga didukung dengan hasil penilaian produk koloid yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 83,33% dengan kategori sangat efektif.

This study aims to produce feasible chemistry flipbooks on colloid material to train students' soft skills. Soft skills that are trained include creative thinking skills, collaboration skills and communication skills. Creative thinking indicators used are fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Indicators of collaboration skills used are contribution, problem solving and working with others. Communication indicators used are the ability to express opinions in language and the ability to express opinions analytically. The type of research used is research & development with 4D model. The research procedure consists of define, design, and limited to develop stages. The feasibility of a chemistry flipbook is viewed from 3 aspects, namely validity, practicality and effectiveness. The validity of the chemistry flipbook in terms of content and construct aspects obtained a median score of 3 in the valid category. The practicality of chemistry flipbooks was seen from the student response questionnaire which obtained a percentage of 90.60% and was supported by the results of observations of students' activities which obtained an average percentage of 95.05% with both obtaining the very practical category. The effectiveness of chemistry flipbooks is seen from the results of cognitive N-Gain which obtains an average of 0.78 in the high category and the results of creative thinking N-Gain which obtains an average of 0.79 in the high category. These results are supported by the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test which obtained a value of Sig. <0.05 which states that H1 is accepted with the conclusion that there is significant difference between average of pretest score and posttest and classical completeness namely 100%. The results of the soft skills assessment to measure collaboration and communication skills obtained an average percentage of 82.90% and 80.92%, respectively in very effective and effective categories. The results of students' creative thinking skills were also supported by the results of the colloid product assessment which obtained a percentage of 83.33% in the very effective category.
