Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif, pengaturan peserta didik dalam pembelajararan, dan pengaturan sarana fisik kelas Linguistic Class Program (LCP) di MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Guru Kelas 5E, dan Guru Kelas 4E MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pare. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data penelitian melalui uji kredibilitas (triangulasi sumber, triangulasi, dan membercheck), uji transferbilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data penelitian melalui tiga tahap yaitu: 1) kondensasi; 2) penyajian data; 3) verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian yaitu: 1) menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif terdapat empat kegiatan pokok. Pertama, amazing time. Kedua, pemberian reward ketika peserta didik tertib. Ketiga, yel-yel MIM 1 Pare. Keempat, hiasan dinding sesuai pembelajaran; 2) Pengelolaan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dengan menempatkan peserta didik sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuannya melalui tes pemetaan; 3) Pengelolaan sarana fisik kelas sudah sesuai dengan mempertimbangkan akses dan mudah dijangkau saat pembelajaran berlangsung dan pengaturan tempat duduk berubah dua minggu sekali

The aim of this research was describe and analyze create climate learned conducive, setting student in learned, and setting physical facilities Linguistic Class Program (LCP) at MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pare. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. Sources of research data from the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Class 5E Teachers, and Class 4E Teachers at MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pare. Collected data include observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technique of analyzed research data through three stages, namely: 1) condensation; 2) data presentation; and data verification. Checked the validity of research data through credibility tested (source triangulation and technical triangulation), member check, transferbility test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The research that: 1) created a conducive learned climate with four main activities. First, amazing time. Second, Third, the chant MIM 1 Pare. Fourth, wall decoration accorded to learning; 2) Management of students in learned by place students in accordance with their interest and abilities through mapping tests; 3) Management of class physical facilities was appropriate consider access and easy to reach when learned takes place and seating moved was every two weeks
