PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS GLIDEAPPS PADA MATERI DASAR PENGGUNAAN PISAU BAGI MAHASISWA TATA BOGA
DEVELOPMENT OF GLIDEAPPS-BASED E-MODULES ON BASIC MATERIALS FOR THE USE OF KNIFE FOR CULINARY ART STUDENT
Kemajuan teknologi berdampak terhadap proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, salah satunya tentang keberadaan media berbasis elektronik yang digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Salah satu media tersebut adalah e-Modul. E-Modul berbasis glideApps ini suatu alternatif bahan ajar yang dapat mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, karena berisi materi, gambar, serta video sehingga peserta didik dapat mempermudah memahami materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:
1) Kelayakan e-Modul berbasis glideApps. 2) Respon mahasiswa terhadap e-Modul berbasis glideApps. Pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Data diperoleh menggunakan angket yang dinilai oleh 2 dosen ahli materi, 2 dosen ahli media serta 10 mahasiswa Terapan Tata Boga Unesa sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil validasi kelayakan materi mendapat persentase 76% dengan kategori layak, validasi kelayakan media mendapat persentase 77% dengan kategori layak dan untuk hasil angket respon mahasiswa mendapat persentase 89,8% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dapat disimpulkan e-Modul berbasis glideApps layak digunakan.

Technological advances have an impact on the learning process in universities, one of which is about the existence of electronic-based media used in the learning process. One of these media is e-Modul. This glideApps-based e-Module is an alternative teaching material that can support the learning process by utilizing technological advances, because it contains material, images, and videos so that students can make it easier to understand the material. This study aims to determine:
1) Eligibility of glideApps based e-Modules. 2) Student responses to glideApps-based e-Modules. This development is carried out using a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data was obtained using a questionnaire that was assessed by 2 material expert lecturers, 2 media expert lecturers and 10 students of Applied Catering Unesa as respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner with percentages. The results showed that the results of the validation of the feasibility of the material got a percentage of 76% in the appropriate category, the media feasibility validation got a percentage of 77% in the appropriate category and for the results of the student response questionnaire, the percentage of students got 89.8% in the very good category. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the glideApps-based e-Module is feasible to use.
