GANGGUAN KESEHATAN PADA ATLET E SPORT JATIM DIVISI MOBILE LEGENDS
HEALTH DISORDERS IN E-SPORT ATHLETES JATIM MOBILE LEGENDS DIVISION
Saat ini E Sports sangat populer pada generasi Gen Z dan millenial, berbagai ajang turnaamen dalam skala nasional dan internasional banyak memotivasi para atlet E Sports Mobile Legends untuk berkompetisi di ajang yang lebih tinggi. Untuk melaju dalam tingkat kompetisi yang lebih tinggi para atlet E sports membutuhkan intensitas latihan yang tinggi juga, intensitas latihan yang tinggi membuat para atlet E sports Mobile Legends dalam posisi duduk yang lama dan waktu mereka menghadap layar juga lama, yang membuat aktivitas fisik mereka menurun . Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola hidup dan jadwal berlatih para atlet E sports Mobile Legends terhadap gangguan kesehatan yang sedang mereka alami, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Dengan sampel penelitian 18 atlet E sports Divisi Mobile Legends Jawa Timur. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni kuesioner mengenai aktivitas fisik International Physical Activity Questionere (IPAQ), Kuisioner Aktivitas Sehari-hari, dan Kuisioner Kesehatan Atlet. Hasil data di deskripsikan secara kualitatif dengan hasil 100% atlet E sport Mobile Legends Jawa Timur berada dalam kategori low dalam aktivitas fisik, dan mengalami gangguan kesehatan pada bagian mata, punggung, pergelangan tangan, leher, jari tangan.
Currently, E Sports is increasingly favored by Gen Z and millennial generations, and various tournament events on a national and international scale have motivated many E Sports Mobile Legends athletes to compete in higher events. To advance in a higher level of competition, E sports athletes require high training intensity as well, high training intensity makes Mobile Legends E sports athletes in a long sitting position and their time facing the screen is also long, which makes their physical activity decrease and lead to a sedentary lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to determine the lifestyle and training schedule of E sports Mobile Legends athletes against the health problems they were experiencing, the research method used was qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. With a research sample of 18 E sports athletes in the East Java Mobile Legends Division. The instruments used were a questionnaire regarding physical activity, the International Physical Activity Questioner (IPAQ, the Daily Activity Questionnaire, and the Athlete Health Questionnaire. The data results are described qualitatively with the results that 100% of East Java Mobile Legends E sport athletes are in the low category in physical activity, and experience health problems in the eyes, back, wrists, neck, fingers.
