The Effect of Self Efficacy on Work Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Job Crafting

The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the influence of self efficacy to work performance and organizational citizenship behavior through job crafting at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Surabaya Jembatan Merah. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. This research use a quantitative approach with statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that : (1) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work performance (2) self efficacy has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (3) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job crafting (4) job crafting has a positive and significant effect on work performance (5) job crafting has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (6) self efficacy has no indirect effect on work performance through job crafting (7) self efficacy has no indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job crafting.
