Effect of Game Attack vs Defense Training with High Intensity Interval Training on Anaerobic Endurance in Futsal High School Dharma Wanita 1 Gedangan
Kesimpulan game attack vs defense training with high intensity interval training berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobic.
Futsal is a one of the team sport that requires anaerobic to support tactics and playing techniques. Some of the tactics needed in futsal are the attack vs defense game, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). This research aims to determine the effect of game attack vs defense training with high intensity interval training on the anaerobic endurance of futsal players. This research using an experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest as a research design. The population in this study was 25 futsal players as data. 16 people were sampled, aged 16,6 ± 0,5 years, with a height of 169,2 ± 6,63 cm, a body mass of 59,6 ± 9,79 kg, and the IMT 20,4 ± 2,40. The research data analyzed using the Paired Sample T-test with a significance level of 0,05, the prerequisite test used was the Shapiro – Wilk test. Based on the results of the Sample Paired T-test, it was found that sig (2-tailed) values were 0,002<0,05, so it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in anaerobic endurance. The conclusion is the game attack vs the defense training with high intensity interval training has a significant effect on increasing anaerobic endurance.
