Analisis Eksistensi SMP Islam Klepek Bojonegoro sebagai Sekolah Penyelamat Anak dalam Pendidikan

Analysis Of The Existence Of Klepek Bojonegoro Islamic Junior High School As A Child Savior School In Education

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sekolah dan motif faktor penunjang eksistensi  SMP Islam Klepek Bojonegoro. SMP Islam Klepek adalah salah satu sekolah jenjang menengah pertama berbasis keagamaan di Kecamatan Sukosewu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. SMP Islam Klepek Bojonegoro memiliki jumlah peserta didik yang sedikit secara keseluruhan ada 25 peserta didik tetapi hingga saat ini tetap menjalankan proses pembelajaran dengan layak sehingga dilakukan analisis motif yang mendasari eksistensi SMP Islam Klepek Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus eksploratif.

Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) manajemen sekolah dalam perencanaan program sudah terlaksana yaitu membuat visi, misi, tujuan; 2) manajemen sekolah dalam pengorganisasian sudah terlaksana berupa pembagian tugas guru yang terstruktur dan efektif; 3) manajemen sekolah dalam pelaksanaan yang sudah terlaksana adalah bidang kesiswaan, bidang keuangan, dan bidang hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat; 4) manajemen sekolah dalam pengawasan dan evaluasi sudah terlaksana adalah evaluasi program sekolah, tenaga kependidikan, tetapi pengawasan program masih perlu ditingkatkan. Motif yang menjadi penunjang eksistensi SMP Islam Klepek terdiri dari motif lembaga, guru, orang tua, dan peserta didik.

This study aims to analyze school management and the motives of the supporting factors for the existence Junior High School of Klepek Bojonegoro. Junior High School of Klepek Bojonegoro is a religious-based junior high school in Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. Junior High School of Klepek Bojonegoro has a small number of students in total there are 25 students but until now they are still carrying out the learning process properly so an analysis of the motives that underlies the existence Junior High School of Klepek Bojonegoro is carried out. The research method used is qualitative with the type of exploratory case study.

         The results of the research show that: 1) school management in program planning has been implemented, namely creating a vision, mission, goals; 2) school management in the organization that has been carried out is the structured and effective distribution of teacher tasks; 3) school management in the implementation of which has been carried out are in the field of student affairs, the field of finance, and the field of school relations with the community; 4) school management under supervision and evaluation has been carried out, namely evaluation of school programs, education staff, but program supervision still needs to be improved. The motives that support the existence of Klepek Islamic Middle School consist of institutional, teacher, parent, and student motives.
