ANALISIS KETEPATAN WAKTU TEMPUH KERETA API KOMUTER SUPOR (SURABAYA-PORONG) PEMBERANGKATAN STASIUN GUBENG SURABAYA.

Kereta api merupakan alat transportasi masal yang berada dibawah PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) selalu mengutamakan kualitas, kepuasan dan keselamatan penumpang. Banyaknya peminat pengguna kereta api  Komuter Supor (Surabaya Porong) tidak lepas dari pandangan bahwa moda transportasi ini terbilang cepat dan menghemat waktu. Untuk itu para penumpang mengharapkan ketepatan waktu dari penjadwalan kereta api Komuter Supor (Surabaya Porong)  tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan waktu tempuh Kereta Komuter Supor (Surabaya-Porong) menggunakan metode Analisis Faktor dengan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada pegawai PT. KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah pegawai PT. KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya yang mengetahui pengaruh keterlambatan Kereta Komuter Supor pada bulan november 2018. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kereta Komuter Supor mengalami keterlambatan waktu tempuh namun akan lebih ditingkatkan lagi oleh pegawai PT.KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya.

THE ANALYSIS OF ACCURACY OF TIME OF TRAIN COMUTER SUPOR (SURABAYA-PORONG) DEVELOPMENT OF SURABAYA GUBENG STATION.

The train is a mass transportation under PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) always prioritizes quality, satisfaction and safety of passengers. The large number of users of the Supor commuter train users (Surabaya Porong) cannot be separated from the view that this mode of transportation is fairly fast and saves time. For this reason, passengers expect timeliness from the scheduling of the Supor Commuter (Surabaya Porong) train.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of travel time Supor Commuter Train (Surabaya-Porong) using the Factor Analysis method using the interview method to the employees of PT. KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya. The population in this study is the number of employees of PT. KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya who knows the effect of late Suputer Commuter Trains in November 2018. The method of sampling using Simple Random Sampling uses the slovin formula so that the sample size of 30 respondents is obtained.

The results showed the Supor Commuter Train experienced a delay in travel time but would be further increased by PT. KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya employees.
