Pola Konsumsi Makan Remaja Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Teenage Eat Consumption Patterns In The Pandemic Time Covid-19
Dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 menuntut masyarakat untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat, salah satunya yaitu memperhatikan pola makan yang sehat dan bergizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola makan remaja di masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan survey dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner (angket) yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Responden yang paling banyak adalah perempuan sebanyak 70% pada rentang usia 15-17 tahun sebanyak 60%, dan jenis pekerjaannya yaitu pelajar SMK sebanyak 60%. Pola makan remaja di masa pandemi covid-19 mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 3 kali sehari sebanyak 59%. Responden lebih banyak memilih waktu makan pagi atau sarapan pada pukul 07.00-08.00 WIB sebanyak 50%, waktu makan siang pada pukul 13.00-14.00 WIB sebanyak 70%, dan waktu makan malam pada pukul 19.00-20.00 WIB sebanyak 70%. Jenis makanan utama yang dipilih yaitu makanan bergizi seimbang. Selain makanan utama, perubahan pola makan remaja pada makanan kudapan di masa pandemi covid-19 juga mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 89%. Responden memilih mengkonsumsi makanan kudapan 3 kali sehari sebanyak 89% pada rentang pukul 15.00-18.00 WIB sebanyak 45%. Jenis makanan kudapan yang sering dikonsumsi responden yaitu makanan kudapan asin (seperti keripik dan gorengan) dengan persentase sebanyak 35%.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, one of which is paying attention to a healthy and nutritious diet. This study aims to determine the diet of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection method uses a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) which is distributed online via google form. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentages. The results of this study indicate that the respondents X obtained in this study were 100 people. The highest number of respondents is female as much as 70% in the age range 15-17 years as much as 60%, and the type of work is vocational students as much as 60%. The diet of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced an increase of 3 times a day by 59%. Respondents prefer breakfast time at 07.00-08.00 WIB as much as 50%, lunch time at 13.00-14.00 WIB by 70%, and dinner time at 19.00-20.00 WIB as much as 70%. The main type of food chosen is nutritionally balanced food. In addition to the main diet, changes in teenage diets on snack foods during the Covid-19 pandemic also increased by 89%. The respondents chose to consume snack food 3 times a day as much as 89% in the range of 15.00-18.00 WIB as much as 45%. The type of snack food that the respondents often consume is salty snacks (such as chips and fried foods) with a percentage of 35%.
