PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI BERBASIS LEARNING CYLE 5E (LC5E) UNTUK MELATIH BERPIKIR KRITIS
Development of Learning Cycle 5E Based Electronical Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) Biodiversity to Train Critical Thinking Skills
Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan keterampilan yang wajib dikuasai peserta didik di era 21. Learning cycle 5E (LC5E) (engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, dan evaluation) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran kontruktivisme yang dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam berlatih berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Elektronik-Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (E-LKPD) Keanekaragaman Hayati berbasis LC5E untuk melatih berpikir kritis yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, dan desseminate). Parameter penelitian ini yaitu nilai hasil validitas, hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan E-LKPD Keanekaragaman Hayati, dan nilai hasil belajar tes keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrumen validasi, instrumen observasi keterlaksanaan kegiatan E-LKPD, dan instrumen tes berpikir kritis. Indikator berpikir kritis yang diujikan yaitu berpikir kritis analisis, interpretasi, eksplanasi, dan evaluasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa nilai uji validitas E-LKPD sebesar 3,86 dengan kategori sangat valid dan reliabel, rata-rata hasil keterlaksanaan E-LKPD topik 1 hingga topik 3 sebesar 98,89% dengan kategori sangat praktis. E-LKPD Keanekaragaman Hayati terbukti efektif ditunjukkan dengan hasil tes tingkat berpikir kritis peserta didik yang memiliki kriteria baik hingga sangat baik sebesar 100% berpikir kritis analisis, 86,67% berpikir kritis interpretasi, 100% berpikir kritis eksplanasi, dan 73,33% berpikir kritis evaluasi. E-LKPD Keanekaragaman Hayati dinyatakan layak dari segi validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran Biologi kelas X SMA.

Critical thinking skills are skills that must be mastered by students in the 21st era. Learning cycle 5E (LC5E) (engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation) is a constructivist learning model that can facilitate students in practicing critical thinking. This study aims to produce an LC5E-based E-LKPD for Biodiversity to train valid, practical, and effective to train critical thinking skills. The method applied in this study was a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and desseminate), without dessiminate. The parameters of this study werw the result of the validity test, the results of the learning implementation by using the E-LKPD Biodiversity, and scores of students' critical thinking skills test. This study was addressed to 15 tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo. this study used a validation instrument, an observation instrument focusing on the E-LKPD learning implementation, and a critical thinking test instrument. The critical thinking indicators tested were analytical critical thinking, interpretation, explanation, and evaluation. The data were analyzed descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of this study were the score of the E-LKPD validity test is 3.86 categorized as very valid and reliable, the average result of the E-LKPD learning implementation for the 1st until 3rd topics is 98.89% and categorized as very practical. E-LKPD Biodiversity has proven to be effective as indicated by the results of students’ critical thinking level tests that are categorized as good to very good: 100% for analytical critical thinking, 86,67% for interpretation, 100% for explanatory, and 73.33% for evaluation. E-LKPD Biodiversity is declared to be eligible and worthy as tenth-grade Biology teaching material in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
