Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan lembar kegiatan siswa yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R & D) yang terdiri dari 10 langkah, namun yang digunakan hanya sampai pada 6 langkah saja yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba produk.Uji coba produk dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain One-Shot Case Study Design dengan subjek uji coba di SMP Sepuluh Nopember Sidoarjo kelas VII-B yang terdiri dari 26 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembar kegiatan siswa yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Kelayakan berdasarkan kevalidan memperoleh skor modus keseluruhan dengan angka modus 4 sehingga mendapat kriteria sangat baik. Kelayakan berdasarkan kepraktisan diperoleh dari persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 94,79% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan persentase respon siswa terhadap lembar kegiatan siswa sebesar 90,71% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kelayakan berdasarkan keefektifan diperoleh dari persentase aktivitas keterampilan proses sains siswa sebesar 86,44% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan persentase ketuntasan setiap siswa secara klasikal sebesar 65% serta ketuntasan setiap aspek keterampilan proses sains siswa secara klasikal sebesar 79,20%.

The study was conducted with the aim of describing the feasibility of student activity sheets developed based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research procedure used is Research and Development (R & D) which consists of 10 steps, but used only up to 6 steps, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, and product testing. The product trial was carried out by using the One Shot Case Study Design design with the trial subjects in SMP Sepuluh Nopember Sidoarjo class VIIB consisting of 26 students. The results of the study showed that the developed student activity sheet was deemed feasible based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Feasibility based on validity gets the overall mode score with mode 4 so that it gets very good criteria. Feasibility based on practicality was obtained from the percentage of learning feasibility of 94.79% with very good criteria and the percentage of student responses to student activity sheets of 90.71% with very good criteria. Feasibility based on effectiveness was obtained from the percentage of science process skills activities of students at 86.44% with very good criteria and the percentage of completeness of each student classically by 65% and completeness of each aspect of science process skills students in a classical amounted to 79.20%.
