The Effect Of Introduction To Schooling Fields, Perceptions Of The Teacher's Profession and Self-Efficacy On Readiness To Become An Accounting Teacher In Students Of The UNESA Accounting Education Study Program
Kesiapan menjadi guru muncul oleh karena adanya keyakinan dari diri sendiri dan dikuatkan dengan beberapa faktor pelengkap lain. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk tahu akan pengaruh pengenalan lapangan persekolahan, persepsi terhadap profesi guru, efikasi diri dan kesiapan menjadi guru. Subyek riset ini yakni mahasiswa prodi pendidikan akuntansi UNESA tahun 2018. Riset ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitiannya menggunakan metode regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis datanya yaitu uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta pengujian hipotesis berupa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t yang mendapat kan nilai signifikansi variabel PLP sebesar 0,003, persepsi profesi guru sebesar 0,001, efikasi diri sebesar 0,000. Yang berarti secara parsial ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru lantaran memiliki nilai signifikansi <0,05. Berikutnya hasil pengujian f menunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,000, hal itu berarti secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru.
Readiness to become a teacher arises because of self-confidence and is strengthened by several other complementary factors. This study aims to determine the effect of the introduction of the school field, perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy and readiness to become a teacher. The subjects of this research are students of the 2018 UNESA accounting education study program. This research is in the form of quantitative research and the research uses the regression method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis method is instrument test in the form of validity and reliability test and hypothesis testing in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of the study using the t-test that the significance value of the PLP variable is 0.003, the perception of the teaching profession is 0.001, self-efficacy is 0.000. Which means partially the three variables have a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher because they have a significance value of <0.05. Next, the results of the f test show a significance value of 0.000, it means that the three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher.
