Pengembangan Media Ebook Interaktif untuk Keterampilan Membaca Dongeng Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

Perubahan dalam pendidikan akibat adanya wabah pandemi covid-19 sangat dirasakan salah satunya yakni proses pembelajaran. Beberapa kesulitan dan kelemahan dalam pembelajaran daring membuat turunnya motivasi siswa untuk belajar dan mengikuti pembelajaran, salah satunya dalam proses pembelajaran keterampilan membaca dongeng. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut sebaiknya pembelajaran yang dilakukan harus menggunakan media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi, agar siswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca meskipun terjadi perubahan dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan pengembangan media dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dari media yang dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran membaca dongeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu research and development dengan model penelitian ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima 5 tahapan, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas iii sekolah dasar islam permata hati yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, angket, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan dapat dinyatakan bahwa media ebook interaktif untuk keterampilan membaca merupakan media yang sangat valid dengan persentase hasil kevalidan media sebesar 90% dan hasil kevalidan materi sebesar 95%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa dan guru yang menunjukkan persentase sebesar 100% maka media dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria “sangat praktis”. Keefektifan media memenuhi kriteria sangat efektif berdasarkan hasil ketuntasan belajar yang dihitung dengan bantuan rumus n-gain dengan hasil 0,71. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ebook interaktif untuk keterampilan membaca dongeng siswa kelas iii sekolah dasar dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Changes in education due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak are felt, one of which is the learning process. Some difficulties and weaknesses in online learning make students' motivation to learn and participate in learning decrease, one of which is in the process of learning fairy tale reading skills. In connection with this, it is better if the learning carried out must use learning media that utilize technology, so that students can improve reading skills despite changes in education. Therefore, the researchers carried out media development with the aim of knowing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media developed in the learning process of reading fairy tales. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE research model, which consists of five 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and ends with evaluation. The subjects in this study were the third grade students of Permata Hati Islamic Elementary School, totaling 13 students. This research uses the type of research and development research. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Based on the results of the validity, practicality and effectiveness analysis techniques, it can be stated that the Interactive Ebook media for reading skills is a very valid media with a percentage of media validity results of 90% and material validity results of 95%. Furthermore, based on the results of the student and teacher response questionnaire which showed a percentage of 100%, the media was declared to meet the "very practical" criteria. The effectiveness of the media meets the criteria of being very effective based on the results of mastery learning which is calculated with the help of the N-Gain formula with a result of 0.71. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the interactive ebook media for the reading skills of third grade elementary school students is valid, practical, and effective.
