ABSTRAK — Assessment portofolio diterapkan pada bidang studi yang mewajibkan hasil proses pembelajaran berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Penilaian ini dilaksanakan dengan acuan dari berberapa kumpulan tugas siswa yang tersusun dan tertata berurutan saat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Studi literature ini membahas tentang penerapan assessment portofolio pada pembelajaran tata busana di SMK. Dengan assessment portofolio, tingkat perkembangan belajar peserta didik lebih dapat diukur dan dipahami serta dapat diketahui segala aktivitas peserta didik tentang pemahaman dan pengetahuannya selama proses pembelajaran. Tujuan studi literatur ini, adalah : (1) Mengetahui langkah-langkah penyusunan assessment portofolio pada pembelajaran tata busana di SMK. (2) Mengetahui perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan assessment portofolio (3) Mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan penerapan assessment portofolio. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu : (1) Langkah – langkah penyusunan assessment portofolio pada pembelajaran tata busana meliputi tahap perencanaan assessment portofolio meliputi tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, jenis penilaian dan banyaknya tugas yang dibuat oleh siswa. Kemudian tahap pengembangan instrument penilaian, dan terakhir tahap pelaksanaan mencakup pengukuran pengetahuan, penilaian keterampilan melalui penilaian keterampilan teknis dari produk tugas, proses kerja dan kerapihan dalam bentuk dokumen kumpulan tugas siswa. (2) Penggunaan portofolio dalam pembelajaran tata busana, dapat mengembangkan dan membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidang keahlian tata busana yang wajib dimiliki setiap siswa. (3) Kelebihan dari penerapan assessment portofolio dapat memotivasi tingkat belajar peserta didik secara aktif, kreatif, memunculkan motivasi, juga meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan setiap siswa, sedangkan kekurangan penggunaan assessment portofolio adalah membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dibandingkan dengan penilaian lain yang sering diterapkan.

ABSTRACT — Portfolio assessment is applied to fields of study that require the results of the learning process in the form of knowledge and skills. This assessment is carried out with reference to several collections of student assignments that are arranged and arranged sequentially during the teaching and learning process. This literature study discusses the application of portfolio assessment in learning fashion at SMK. With portfolio assessment, the level of student learning development can be more measured and understood and all activities of students regarding their understanding and knowledge can be known during the learning process. The objectives of this literature study are: (1) To know the steps for compiling a portfolio assessment in learning fashion at SMK. (2) Knowing the development of student learning outcomes by implementing portfolio assessment (3) Knowing the advantages and disadvantages of implementing portfolio assessment. The results of this study, namely: (1) The steps for compiling a portfolio assessment in fashion learning include the planning stage of a portfolio assessment covering learning objectives, learning materials, types of assessments and the number of tasks made by students. Then the development stage of the assessment instrument, and finally the implementation stage includes the measurement of knowledge, skills assessment through the assessment of technical skills from task products, work processes and neatness in the form of a collection of student assignments. (2) The use of portfolios in learning fashion can develop and equip knowledge and skills in the field of fashion expertise that must be possessed by every student. (3) The advantages of implementing portfolio assessment can motivate students' learning levels actively, creatively, generate motivation, as well as improve the skills of each student, while the drawback of using portfolio assessment is that it takes longer than other assessments that are often applied.
