Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat (1) hasil belajar teaching factory siswa fase f kelas XI konsentrasi keahlian desain dan produksi busana SMKN 2 Ponorogo, (2) tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa fase f kelas XI konsentrasi keahlian desain dan produksi busana SMKN 2 Ponorogo, (3) pengaruh hasil belajar teaching factory terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa fase f kelas XI konsentrasi keahlian desain dan produksi busana SMKN 2 Ponorogo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Ex post facto. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 92 siswa fase f kelas XI konsentrasi keahlian desain dan produksi busana SMKN 2 Ponorogo dengan instrumen berbentuk angket dan data dokumentasi nilai siswa. Waktu penelitian berlangsung pada tanggal 12 Juni 2024.
Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kecenderungan: (1) hasil belajar teaching factory dari 92 peserta didik yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik mencakup 29.3% dari total peserta, sedangkan kategori baik mencakup 70.7%, (2) kesiapan kerja siswa dari 92 peserta didik yang masuk kedalam kelompok sedang sebanyak 27 siswa (29.3%) dan kelompok tinggi sebanyak 65 siswa (70.7%), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hasil belajar teaching factory terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XI Konsentrasi Keahlian Desain Dan Produksi Busana SMKN 2 Ponorogo dengan tingkat pearson correlation sebanyak 0,622 yang masuk pada kategori kuat, sehingga masih tersisa 0,378 dari faktor lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to see (1) the learning outcomes of teaching factory students in phase f class XI concentration of fashion design and production expertise at SMKN 2 Ponorogo, (2) the level of work readiness of students in phase f class XI concentration of fashion design and production expertise at SMKN 2 Ponorogo, (3) the effect of teaching factory learning outcomes on work readiness of students in phase f class XI concentration of fashion design and production expertise at SMKN 2 Ponorogo. This research method uses a quantitative method with an Ex post facto design. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique of 92 students in phase f class XI concentration of fashion design and production expertise at SMKN 2 Ponorogo with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and student grade documentation data. The research time took place on June 12, 2024.
The final results of the study showed that there was a tendency: (1) the teaching factory learning outcomes of 92 students who were included in the very good category covered 29.3% of the total participants, while the good category covered 70.7%, (2) the work readiness of students from 92 students who were included in the moderate group were 27 students (29.3%) and the high group were 65 students (70.7%), and (3) there was a significant influence between the teaching factory learning outcomes on work readiness in class XI students of the Fashion Production Design Expertise Concentration at SMKN 2 Ponorogo with a Pearson correlation level of 0.622 which was included in the strong category, so that there was still 0.378 left from other factors not included in this study.
