Perhitungan Produktivitas dan Anggaran Biaya Tower Crane Pada Proyek Apartemen Gunawangsa Gresik

Pertumbuhan konstruksi yang sangat tinggi terjadi karena pesatnya pembangunan, hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan yang harus dihadapi oleh pekerja. Permasalahan keterlambatan jadwal dan pembengkakan biaya pada proyek diantaranya disebabkan oleh produktivitas yang tidak dihitung dengan baik, termasuk perhitungan produktivitas pada alat berat. Rumusan masalah yang akan di angkat dalam penulisan artikel ini yaitu: 1). Bagaimana hasil perhitungan produktivitas Tower Crane pada proyek apartemen gunawangsa Gresik?; 2). Berapa anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan pada penggunaan Tower Crane pada proyek apartemen gunawangsa Gresik?. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk perhitungan produktivitas dan anggaran biaya Tower Crane pada proyek apartemen gunawangsa Gresik. Perhitungan anggaran biaya Tower Crane disesuaikan dengan harga di Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyelidiki keadaan; 2) kondisi lapangan; 3) menghitung volume material yang di angkat oleh Tower Crane; 4) menghitung waktu siklus, terdiri dari perhitungan waktu tempuh dan perhitungan waktu kembali; 5) menghitung produktivitas Tower Crane. Hasil data perhitungan produktivitas Tower Crane pada proyek apartemen gunawangsa Gresik rata-rata sebesar 4.181.982,342 Kg/Jam. Anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam mengunakan Tower Crane selama 10 bulan sebesar Rp. 11.129.349.803,00 (Sebelas Miliar Seratus Dua Puluh Sembilan Tiga Ratus Empat Puluh Sembilan Delapan Ratus Tiga Rupiah).

The methods used in this research are 1) descriptive quantitative method by investigating the situation; 2) field conditions; 3) calculate the volume of material lifted by the Tower Crane; 4) calculate the cycle time, consisting of the calculation of the travel time and the calculation of the return time; 5) calculate Tower Crane.productivity calculation data Tower Crane on the Gresik Gunawangsa apartment project are an average of 4,181,982,342 Kg/hour.
