Abstrak
Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis literasi sains berperan sebagai bentuk bahan ajar yang dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep pada suatu materi dan memandu peserta didik dalam melakukan praktikum serta membantu mengumpulkan data hasil eksperimen yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis literasi sains yang layak secara teoritis berdasarkan validitas dan empiris yang berdasarkan kepraktisan dan keefektifan LKPD. Penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan model 4-D (define, design, develope dan disseminate) namun pada disseminate tidak dilaksanakan. Pengembangan LKPD dilakukan di Jurusan Biologi, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, ujicoba LKPD diuji cobakan secara terbatas pada 20 peserta didik kelas X MIPA 2 di SMAN 1 Porong pada bulan Agustus 2018. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi validitas LKPD yang ditinjau berdasarkan penilaian validator, kepraktisan LKPD yang ditinjau dari hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, respon peserta didik dan keefektifan yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas LKPD mendapatkan rata-rata 92,25% sehingga termasuk kategori sangat valid. Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik berbasis literasi sains juga dinyatakan praktis dari segi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan persentase 92,5% pada LKPD 1 dan 94,44% pada LKPD 2 serta dikategorikan sangat efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 90% yang dapat dikategorikan tuntas sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi jamur di SMA

Abstract
Scientific literacy-based Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) acts as a form of teaching material that can help students understand the concepts in a material and guide students in doing practicum and help collect experimental results that have been carried out. This study aims to produce a science literacy based LKPD that is theoretically feasible based on validity and empirical based on the practicality and effectiveness of the LKPD. This study was developed using a 4-D model (define, design, develope and disseminate) but disseminate was not implemented. LKPD development was conducted in the Department of Biology, FMIPA, Surabaya State University, the LKPD trials were tested on a limited basis on 20 students of class X MIPA 2 at 1 Porong High School in August 2018. The parameters observed in this study included the LKPD validity reviewed based on validator ratings , the practicality of the LKPD in terms of the results of the implementation of learning, student responses and effectiveness obtained based on student learning outcomes. The results showed that the validity of the LKPD got an average of 92.25% so that it included a very valid category. Scientific literacy-based Student Activity Sheets were also stated practically in terms of the implementation of learning with a percentage of 92.5% in LKPD 1 and 94.44% in LKPD 2 and categorized as very effective as indicated by the percentage of student learning outcomes of 90% which can be categorized complete so it is feasible to use in learning mushroom material in high school
