Tindak Tutur Ilokusi Dalam Youtube Chanel Indonesia Lawyers Club Dengan Tema Setelah Protokol Kesehatan Dilanggar 

Illocutionary speech acts on the Youtube Channel of Indonesia Lawyers Club with the theme After Health Protocols are Violated

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ilokusi dalam youtube chanel Indonesia Lawyers Club dengan tema Setelah Protokol Kesehatan Dilanggar. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak dan teknik catat. Teknik dokumentasi diperoleh dengan mengunduh video dari kanal Youtube Chanel Indonesia Lawyers Club dengan tema Setelah Protokol Kesehatan Dilanggar. Teknik simak dilakukan dengan cara memperoleh data dengan menyimak penggunaan bahasa yang dituturkan oleh narasumber. Teknik catat dilakukan sebagai lanjutan dari teknik menyimak. Data penelitian ini berupa wujud tuturan mengandung daya tutur ilokusi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber selama acara berlangsung. Pada tahap analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari tiga alur yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan data atau penyimpulan hasil analisis data. Tindak tutur terbagi menjadi tiga jenis yaitu lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Tindak tutur ilokusi dalam youtube chanel Indonesia Lawyers Club dengan tema Setelah Protokol Kesehatan Dilanggar terdapat tindak ilokusi dalam aktivitas bertutur ke dalam lima bentuk tuturan yang masing-masing memiliki fungsi komunikatifnya. Bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi tersebut berupa asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Tindak tutur asertif merupakan bentuk tindak tutur di mana penutur terikat pada kebenaran preposisi yang diungkapkan. Terdapat adanya bentuk tindak tutur asertif dalam fungsi menyebutkan, menyatakan, mengemukakan pendapat. Tindak tutur direktif merupakan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu efek berupa tindakan yang dilakukan oleh lawan tutur.  Terdapat adanya bentuk tindak tutur direktif dalam fungsi menyarankan, meminta, mengajak. Tindak tutur komisif merupakan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi di mana penutur terikat pada suatu tindakan di masa depan. Terdapat adanya bentuk komisif dalam fungsi memanjatkan doa, bersumpah. Tindak tutur ekspresif merupakan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi yang mengungkapkan sikap psikologis penutur terhadap keadaan yang tersirat dalam ilokusi. Terdapat adanya bentuk ekspresif dalam fungsi memuji, mengkritik, mengekspresikan perasaan kecewa. Tindak tutur deklaratif merupakan bentuk tindak tutur yang digunakan untuk memastikan kesesuaian antara proposisi dengan kenyataan. Terdapat adanya bentuk deklaratif dalam fungsi melarang, menegakkan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe illocutionary speech acts in the Indonesia Lawyers Club youtube channel with the theme After Health Protocols are Violated. The data collection used in the research is the documentation technique, the listening technique and the note-taking technique. The documentation technique was obtained by downloading a video from the Youtube channel of Chanel Indonesia Lawyers Club with the theme After Health Protocols are Violated. The listening technique is done by obtaining data by listening to the use of the language spoken by the resource person. The note-taking technique is carried out as a continuation of the listening technique. The data of this research is in the form of speech containing the power of illocutionary speech delivered by the resource person during the event. At the data analysis stage, the researcher uses qualitative data analysis techniques which consist of three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal or conclusions from the results of data analysis. Speech acts are divided into three types, namely locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary. Illocutionary speech acts in the Indonesia Lawyers Club youtube channel with the theme After the Health Protocol is Violated there are illocutionary acts in speaking activities into five forms of speech, each of which has a communicative function. The forms of illocutionary speech acts are assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. Assertive speech act is a form of speech act in which the speaker is bound to the truth of the preposition expressed. There are forms of assertive speech acts in the function of mentioning, stating, expressing opinions. A directive speech act is a form of illocutionary speech act that aims to produce an effect in the form of actions taken by the interlocutor. There are forms of directive speech acts in the function of suggesting, asking, inviting. Commissive speech act is a form of illocutionary speech act in which the speaker is bound to an action in the future. There is a commissive form in the function of praying, swearing. Expressive speech act is a form of illocutionary speech act that reveals the psychological attitude of the speaker to the situation implied in the illocutionary act. There is an expressive form in the function of praising, criticizing, expressing feelings of disappointment. Declarative speech act is a form of speech act that is used to ensure the suitability of a proposition with reality. There is a declarative form in the function of prohibiting, enforcing.
