Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) aktifitas guru, (2) aktifitas siswa, (3) hasil belajar siswa, (4) respon siswa terhadap penerapan PBL modifikasi papan ranking satu topik cookies untuk siswa kuliner fase f. Metode penelitian pretest-posttest kelompok tunggal. Perangkat yang digunakan RPP, LKPD, handout, dan asesmen. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi aktifitas guru dan siswa, asesmen formatif dan angket respon siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) aktifitas guru rata-rata 84% (sangat baik), (2) aktifitas siswa rata-rata 86% (sangat baik), (3) hasil belajar siswa mendapat nilai sig <=0,05 dengan kategori sangat efektif (4) respon siswa dengan rata-rata 90% (sangat baik)

This study aims to determine: (1) teachers activities, (2) student activities, (3) learning outcomes and, (4) student response through the application of problem based learning modification with ranking board method to cookie topic for phase f. This research method is single group pretest-posttest research. The tools used are lesson plans, LKPD, handouts, and assessments. The instruments used were observation sheets of teacher and student activities, formative assessments and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique is carried out quantitatively. The results of the study showed: (1) the average teacher activity was 84% (very good), (2) the average student activity was 86% (very good), (3) the student learning outcome got a sig score of <=0.05 (very good), (4) the student response with an average of 90% (very good)
