THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRINTED MEDIA MODULE
ON BASIC CONCEPT VIDEO SCRIPT WRITING MATERIAL AT DIGITAL SIMULATION AND
COMUNNICATION SUBJECT FOR GRADE X LEATHER CRAFT MAJOR STUDENT IN SMKN 1 JABON SIDOARJO

The subject of Digital Communication
and Simulation in the video script writing material requires student to be able
to explain video production flow, explain steps taken before video production,
explain video script definition, and explain the procedure of video script
production . According to the result of digital
communication and simulation teachers’ interview, there was no material
teaching in which became a problem. This problem led to 60% of students were
under minimum grade point standar, which was 75. The goal of this development
is to create a good and effectiive printed media module that could be used in
Digital Communication and Simulation subject for Grade X Leather Craft Major
Students in SMKN 1 Jabon Sidoarjo.
The development model will use ADDIE
development model. This development of printed media module will be done by
validating material expert and media expert. In addition, there will be also
individual trial, small group trial and field test. Questionere is used to
collect the data and is calculated with descriptive procentage formula. While
the result of the students learning is calculated with t-test formula.
The procentage of material expert
validation result was 90%. The result of the validation from two media experts
was 90%. While the result of individual trial was 90%, 91% for small group
trial, and 94% for field test. The result of t-pre test in experiment class and
control class showed t-count < t–table, it showed 0,14454<1,67155
so, it can be concluded that there is no significant differences between
experiment class and controll class in pre-test. The result of t-post test in
experiment class and controll class showed that t-count > t-table, it was
3,21773>1,67155. It can be concluded that there is significant differences
from experiment class and controll class in post test. The conslusion is the
printed media module of video script writing is already good and effective to
be used.
