Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Non Tes Pada Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek
Development Of Non Test Assessment Instruments In Project Based Learning
This study is a type of development research using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to develop a non-test assessment instrument based on project-based learning (PjBL) and to determine its feasibility and effectiveness. The research subjects were 30 students from the Office Management expertise program at SMK Yasmu Manyar Gresik. The instrument was evaluated for feasibility through expert validation. The assessment from the evaluation expert resulted in a score of 4.28 out of 5, indicating a high level of feasibility. The instrument expert gave a score of 4.71, and the teacher's assessment gave a score of 4.78. Qualitative analysis was also conducted based on interviews with the teacher and the results of the instrument trial. The findings indicate that the developed instrument is valid, feasible, and effective for use in assessing students in project-based learning environments.
