IMPLEMENTATION OF SMART PROGRAMS FOR OPTIMIZATION OF EMERGENCY CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT IN THE PANDEMIC ERA AT PAUD AR ROHMAH MOJOKERTO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, faktor penghambat, dan faktor pendukung program cerdas dalam kurikulum darurat di era pandemi Covid-19 di PAUD Ar Rohmah Mojokerto.
Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data pendukung diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara secara tidak langsung, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik reduksi, display, dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data didukung dengan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Implementasi Program Cerdas berpedoman pada kurikulum darurat RA Ar Rohmah 2020/2021; 2) Faktor pendukung program cerdas adalah kematangan rencana, sarana pendukung dan kesatuan tim kerja yaitu Kepala RA, Guru dan Orang tua; 3) Faktor penghambat program cerdas adalah kesibukan beberapa orang tua dan sinyal internet pada moda daring.
Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Program Cerdas di PAUD Ar Rohmah merupakan pengembangan dari manajemen kurikulum darurat dan dapat mencapai tujuan kurikulum darurat secara optimal, hal ini berdasarkan terukurnya standart tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak dan daya tarik masyarakat pada PAUD Ar Rohmah yang masih tinggi tertera pada data emis yang menunjukkan 169 Siswa pada tahun 2021/2022.

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, inhibiting factors, and supporting factors of the Smart program in the emergency curriculum in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at PAUD Ar Rohmah Mojokerto.
A qualitative approach with the case study method is used in this study. Supporting data obtained by indirect interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using reduction, display techniques, and then conclusions were drawn. The validity of the data is supported by triangulation techniques.
The results of this study indicate that; 1) Implementation of the Smart Program based on the RA Ar Rohmah emergency curriculum 2020/2021; 2) The supporting factors for the Smart Program are the maturity of plans, supporting facilities and the unity of the work team, namely the Head of RA, Teachers and Parents; 3) The inhibiting factor for the Smart Program is the busyness of some parents and the internet signal in the online mode.
From this study it can be concluded that the emergency curriculum management of Ar Rohmah PAUD can be said to be optimal through the implementation of smart programs, this is based on the measurable standard of achievement of child development and the attractiveness of the community at Ar Rohmah PAUD which is still high, as stated in the emission data which shows 169 students in 2021/2022.
