Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intelligence dan perceived organizational terhadap kinerja melalui job satisfaction pada PT.Putra Rackindo Sejahtera. Peneliti menggunakan teori Pratides dan Furnharm untuk emotional intelligence, teori Chiang dan Shieh untuk perceived organizational support, Lund untuk job satisfaction dan pradhan dan jenna untuk kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan SEM dengan software AMOS 22.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja, perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap job satisfaction, tidak terdapat pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja melalui job satisfaction, tidak terdapat pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja melalui job satisfaction

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and perceived organizational performance through job satisfaction at PT.Putra Rackindo Sejahtera Researchers use Pratides dan Furnharms theory for emotional intelligence, Chiang dan Shiehs theory for perceived organizational support, Lund's theory for job satisfaction and Pradhan dan Jennas theory for performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM with AMOS 22 software. The results of the study indicate that there is no influence of emotional intelligence on performance, perceived organizational support on performance, there is an influence of job satisfaction on performance, there is an influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, there is no influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction, there is an influence of emotional intelligence on performance through job satisfaction, there is no influence of perceived organizational support on performance through job satisfaction.
