Futsal adalah permainan bola yang sangat berbeda dengan sepak bola dalam hal aturan permainan dan taktik. Futsal juga merupakan salah satu permainan yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan bermain sepakbola pada umumnya, butuh kekuatan stamina, mental dan strategi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyomrtric squad jump terhadap power pada pemain futsal di smp muhammdiyah 20 solokuro, lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian pre-exsprimental design dengan metode latihan plyometric squad jump. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-test dengan taraf yang signifikan (a) 0.05, uji prasyarat yang digunakan adalah uji Shapiro-wilk. Berdasarkan hasil uji Paired Sample T-test pada Standing Broad Jump didapatkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.045>0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan pada metode squad jump terhadap peningkatan power pemain futsal SMP Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro, Lamongan. Berdasarkan hasil penenlitian didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap latihan plyometric squad jump terhadap peningkatan power pada setiap pemain tim futsal SMP Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro, Lamongan. Dengan metode latihan plyometric squad jump layak dimanfaatkan guna meningkatkan power pada pemain futsal. Pengaruh model latihan plyometric squad jump dengan program 3 set setiap pemain, dengan repitisi selama 2 minggu awal 80% kemampuan maximal dan 2 minggu akhir 90% kemampuan maximal. Masing – masing pemain memiliki waktu recovery 1:5 atau 1set dengan 50 detik istirahat berpengaruh terhadap tekanan / power pemain futsal SMP Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro, Lamongan.

Futsal is a ball game that is very different from soccer in terms of game rules and tactics. Futsal is also a game that is not much different from playing football in general, it requires stamina, mental strength and strategy. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of plyomrtric squad jump training on power in futsal games at SMP Muhammdiyah 20 Solokuro, Lamongan. This research is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental design type of research using the plyometric squad jump training method. This research was carried out using a data analysis method using the Paired Sample T-test with a significance level (a) of 0.05, the prerequisite test used was the Shapiro-Wilk test. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-test on Standing Broad Jump, the Sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) is 0.045>0.05, so it can be concluded that the squad jump method has a significant influence on increasing the power of futsal players at SMP Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro, Lamongan. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a significant effect of plyometric squad jump training on increasing the power of each player on the Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro Middle School futsal team, Lamongan. The plyometric squad jump training method is worth using to increase the power of futsal players. The effect of the plyometric squad jump training model with a program of 3 sets for each player, with repetitions for the first 2 weeks at 80% of maximum ability and the final 2 weeks at 90% of maximum ability. Each player has a recovery time of 1:5 or 1 set with 50 seconds of rest which affects the pressure/power of futsal players at SMP Muhammadiyah 20 Solokuloro, Lamongan.
