Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBTB UPT Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan tetap PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBTB UPT Surabaya dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel 49 karyawan. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap affective commitment, perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap affective commitment, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara variabel perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on affective commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBTB UPT Surabaya. This research is a type of quantitative research with a permanent employee population of PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBTB UPT Surabaya and sampling using saturated sampling techniques with a sample of 49 employees. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of softwaret SmartPLS 3.
The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on affective commitment, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no significant and positive effect on affective commitment, job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between perceived organizational support for affective commitment.
